Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at cororajewelry@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any damage or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.

Refund Process
After we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
