Shipping

Thank you for shopping with CORORA JEWELRY. Below is our shipping information and return policy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • In Stock (1–3 business days): Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-Order (2–3 weeks): We’ll reserve your piece and it will ship in approximately 2–3 weeks.

If your order includes both In Stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll ship them together once everything is ready unless you contact us to arrange separate shipping. If we’re unable to fulfill an item, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund for that item.

Shipping Rates (Canada & USA)

  • Free standard shipping to Canada and the USA on orders of CAD $150+.
  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the shipping service selected.

Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We ship with Canada Post and Purolator. Delivery timelines depend on the service you choose at checkout and are estimates only (not guaranteed).

  • Canada Post delivery standards vary by service and destination; you can reference the official delivery standards for the U.S. by service if needed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Duties, Import Taxes & DDP for U.S. Orders

For U.S. orders, we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — applicable duties and import-related fees are collected at checkout and prepaid, so you shouldn’t be asked to pay additional duties at delivery.
This is especially important for Canada Post shipments to the U.S., which require duties-prepaid shipping under current rules.
Note: We currently do not add U.S. state sales tax at checkout unless it is shown during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition, with tags (if applicable) and original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at cororajewelry@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for return (optional, helps us improve)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact cororajewelry@gmail.com.

Duties & Taxes (Important)

We’re unable to refund duties or taxes paid to customs or collected for import processing.
